How long will it take?
Each Organising job is unique, as is each client. How long our work takes depends on a number of factors, such as the size of the space, the amount of clutter and your ability to make quick decisions. I’ll support you at whatever pace you prefer to make progress. 

How much does it cost for organising services?
You can decide what level of support you would like from Thriving Spaces for your organising projects, which means that you can control the cost. There are a number of package options available or sessions can be tailored to your particular project and budget.

Do you do the hands-on work?
For on-site services, I work alongside you to sort through, declutter and reorder your space. Virtual consultations provide you with the information and support to work on projects yourself at your own pace.

Will you make me throw out my stuff?
You decide which items to keep or not. I will ask you questions to help you to reflect on your items and your goals for the space so you can make the right decisions for you. I can recommend places where you can donate, rehome or dispose of items, should you choose to do so.

Should I buy supplies?
I encourage you NOT to buy any additional supplies until we are through the first steps of our work together and can identify what the best solutions are for your particular situation. It is possible that you already have everything that you need. 

I am overwhelmed by the whole prospect of getting organised. Where do I start?
It is quite natural to feel a bit overwhelmed. Making the choice to get organised in itself is a great start! Asking for help and support is a great next step. Try starting with whatever seems easiest to do or what would help you most right now. Small steps add up. Progress is progress. 

Are sessions confidential?
I take clients’ privacy very seriously. I will never discuss your project or provide identifying details (including before and after photos, for example) without a client’s express written permission.  

How do I pay?
Payment is requested on the day of service and can be made by cash, via PayPal or direct bank deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations of less than 48 hours will be billed as a full session.

Where do you travel to?
I offer in-person services in Sydney and the surrounding metropolitan areas and phone/ skype consultations everywhere else.
